Money taken from account

Hi,

I called your contact centre to query an amount taken from account. I was then forwarded a debit order dispute form. I was unsure on how to complete the form and then went into the branch at Metlife.

The document was completed and the funds returned into my account on the 15-03-2017. On the same day (later the evening, the transaction went off for a higher amount. I called FNB and my card was immediately cancelled as the transaction was linked to my card.

Since then I have been struggling to get the funds back into my account. I have submitted the dispute document at the branch (reference ********** 9_ ********** 10) and then again on the 04-04-2017. How long does it take for it to be resolved as i was promised that because of the initial request, it will be resolved immediately.

Please can someone look into this urgently. I dont want to be in a position where i close my account just because of such experience.

Regards,
