Money ****** via FNB Banking app.

I am really disappointed with FNB after being a client with them for 10 years now. My phone was ****** (in westpack out of my Bag) and all my money in my FNB account with taken out of my account via my FNB Banking app on my phone The reason why I keep my money in the bank is to keep it save from ********** and then it got ****** anyway. What really concern me is I know how careful I am with my online banking password. I've never written it down, Never gave it to anyone. Never entered it to anything on my phone except for on my FNB app itself . I also never went onto FNB without going on the app itself. To make it worst I had a limit on my cash send transactions and the ******* withdrew way more then my limit at once out of my account into a cardless transaction. Then the FNB ***** department phoned me after I reported it. They quickly let me know its not the banks fault. The bank does not have my pin. (dont forget. terms and conditions that is there to protect them) and because the ******** got access to my account with my password or pin they (the bank) don't know if they will give my money back they will investigate. Investigate what? (they themselves said they can see the transaction that was made) All my money was ****** out of their trusted app and they tell me they don't know if I will give it back and also how long it will take to investigate, because they have many ***** cases at this moment. As if they actually say sorry your money (that you trusted us with) but not our problem. Two weeks before christmas all my money got ****** and all they can say is sorry ne (or thats what it feels like to me). They send you all this sms's what you must do and what you should not do. But when these things happen then its your problem. My question is what if this happen with a business account with millions in it? Can you really trust FNB that your money is save? If FNB does not refund my money very quickly I will make very sure a whole lot of people know that they can not trust their money in FNB ibncluding my whole family who banks with FNB. Especially not on online banking. Rather let someone rob you at the atm. At least then you got prove you did not ***** your own money or accidently leaked out your password in some or another mysterious way. I really even feel like bringing this under the attention of carte blanche and news reporters. This is not a threat. Its more of a concern of how much FNB really care about their clients and how save is your money with them?
