Money ****** at Bank atm (how safe is our money)

I went to the atm to withdraw money and as i was doing the transaction as normal when i selected to withdraw money it gave me a system error which i preesed cancel so i could retrive my card.themachine would not takemycard out.i then selected the option to cancel the card wc i then printed and i did this at 14.01hr i then got my cell phonefrom my nephew only to realise cash of 5000 badbeen withdrawen from my account at a sasol absa atm grage and i am stilll at the machine that has my card.i then called the call centre to ancel my card but how secure is ur system if it allowsatcard at a diffrent location to be used atanother location. I feel let downanddisaapointedwith fnb
