Money ****** and no one will assit

On the 11th of Feb, I had a R200 ewallet sent to me, later on that night when I checked the money was no longer there. I call the ewallet department and I was advised that the money had been withdrawn from an ATM at Shell at around 18:45 on the 11th. I advised that the money was not with drawn by me and I was told to go to a branch to get more info. I went to the Alex branch on Mon and dealt with Philemon. He called the ***** department and they said I would have to open a case with the police. Philemon and I spoke to Lindani from ewallet and he said he couldnt tell me which atm it was withdrawn from and he insinuated that I was lying about me not being the one who withdrew my money.<br> I did not request the pin, and at that moment i had my phone with me. If I am to open a ***** case, how am I to do it without knowing where the crime took place? And if no one wants to believe me the bank must produce pictures from the ATM to prove that it was me that went to withdraw the money. And in all honesty do you really believe I would put myself through so much trouble if I knew I withdrew the money!!!! I have banked with FNB for over 10 years and I expected this incident to be dealt with NB!
