Money Stole

I am so so disappointed in FNB my Tax refund paid out last weet the 7th May i had paid my holiday and transfer money into my other account. When I wanted to buy things Friday night my avail bal was R0 and there was money in I phone FNB and they had stories saying that SARS put a hold on it and I needed to phone today. I have opened up a ***** case with FNB and the guy said that FNB needed to get a clearance verfication. So went the weekend without money today I tried calling the number FNB gave me was holding for 2hours 45 min with no luck... phoned FNB again after transfers they said I need to speak to their SARS department i spoke to a lady there she send me form to filled in I did and phone back a gentlemen said that they received it but they cant help me as I need to phone the returns department of SARS( the number i phoned this morning) still holding for them now after an hour and 20 min

Think FNB stole my money and they blame now SARS FNB better make my money available
