Money returned after 25 days!

On 26 July I tried to transfer some of my "holiday travel allowance" to Italy from my FNB account in SA. A substantial amount by the way. The money was never received and in spite of my repeated queries and complaints it was returned to my SA account only on 19 August. No explanation , no apologies and no compensation for the distress suffered during those 25 days were ever offered. My opinion of the professionality of FNB Forex Department can't be lower!
