Money paid twice

A few days ago my life insurance payment bounced back and I had to pay the money manually into the FNB life insurance account along with my funeral policy however I'm Suprised that the money for the policy was paid and acknowledged and not the one for the life cover and today the money was deducted from my account again. I want an acknowledgement of payment for the payment made and a refund for the amount that was deducted today
