Money paid into wrong account!

<p>My grandmother gave notice on her 32 day notice account on the 8 November 2016! After 32 days she enquire about het money, just to hear that the money was paid in the wrong account!! She is still waiting for her money, the people at FNB Rustenburg Square promised her she'll get her money, but still waiting! This is unaceptable for a big company to make a big mistake like this!!! Please contact me as urgent as possible!!!</p>
