Money on Hold

So dissapointed with FNB as my account has been sitting with the ***** department for well over a year now, no one to date has contacted me to let me know what is going on with this case. They placed money on hold in my account after all the money that was taken off my account and its now going on almost two years and this money is still sitting on hold in my account. Been a customer of FNB for years but thebmoney taken off my account was never refunded to me and the money sitting frozen in my account is apparently there so that the person who paid this money into my account can take this money back ......after almost two years.
