Money not safe with FnB - 4 Unauthorized debit orders run on account
I had a unauthorized debit order of about R 129.00 on 01 October 2018 run on my account and was able to reverse it. I had another unauthorized debit order of about R 229.00 on 25 October 2018 run on my account and was unable to get assisted. I further had 2 other unauthorized debit orders of R 105.00 and R 120.00 on 01 November 2018 run on my account and I still didn't get assisted.
These are 3 debit orders which I can't get assistance from your branch and through the helpline.
I no longer feel safe with FnB and I am going to change banks!!
