Money not safe in FNB Bank

Last year in December I called FNB regarding a *****ulent transaction that went of my account. I have spoken to Shile Manthata and explain it to here. I then requested that they stop this debit order as I went to the company that deducted the money of my account, and they said that their Regional Manager will investigate it. Fast forward end of December 2024 the money went of my account. I then again called and spoken to Shibe Manthata and she then informs me that she did put a temporary stop on the transaction but the money did go off. The reason for this as that should the Company change the date, the amount or reference number the money will go of. I then requested to speak to the Manager Rodney Ngobeni, and he confirmed what Shibe said. I am a customer of FNB and expect them to protect my money, but their system allows for these things to happen. In other words, your money is not safe in FNB at all.
