Money not returned to account

On Wednesday 26th August, I went to the Standard bank ATM on Marine Drive, bluff, Durban. The fnb ATM had no cash forcing me to use the standard bank ATM. I attempted to withdraw R1000 and was issued a receipt stating that zero funds were given out of the ATM but my account reflected that R1000 was withdrawn. I contacted the fnb call centre and forwarded an email with this slip and forms required. I have not received any response nor has my money been returned to me. I would appreciate some response or feedback on my claim.
