money not reflecting in my account

Yesterday, I went to FNB at Fourways Mall to apply for a loan. I bank with FNB, so the application process went smoothly. The lady assisting me said I qualified for a R150,000 loan, but I was only looking for R3,200. She mentioned that the system wouldn’t allow R3,200 and was rounding it up to R3,500. We tried R3,500, but the system then adjusted the amount to R3,700, which I agreed to. We proceeded with the application, and she told me it was approved and that I would receive the money within a few hours. However, it has been two days, and the money has not yet reflected in my account.
