Money not reflecting in account. FNB communicating inaccurate information.

Dear FNB, query ***Q was closed yet it is still a pending case. It has been over four weeks and 3 branch visitations that have only resulted in apologies and false assurances that the money will reflect within 24 hours. You cannot be *********** for over 4 weeks. Please do not have another one of your agents go live only to apologize and lie that the transaction will reflect. I am sick of it.
