Money not reflected in my account

1 of my friend That uses standard bank transferred 3000 rands from standard bank to my fnb account *** on feb 2 nd but the money was never reflected to my account He(Uday Kumar Chaganti) raised an incident with the standard bank and they confirmed the money with fnb. I sent mail to fnb but i never get response bank
