Money money money and no consideration!!

What a Joke. Just spent R500 for waiting 23 minutes on a international call and no answer. There is no way to contact them but phone. So what is this going to cost me to get hold of them. There is no email address. Only phone number!!! R500 down the drain and no results. Can't use the app as it is blocked and the problem that I want to resolve. You would have thought that in this day and age they would have more legitimate ways of direct contact that does not cost their clients a arm and a leg. Stay away if you are travelling!!!
