money missing from my account

Am very disappointed with the service from you guys as am still waiting for your feedback for my bank account. This case was reported in August 2015, Since 1st June 2015 there was R200 hanging on my account till August 2015 that's a r600 cost from my account. Even today am still waiting for feedback. I went to Sandton branch ( Mandela Square ) and still am waiting for feedback also.. This is a F up service.. I want my money back!!! Kevin what the name is HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK JUST BECAUSE AM BLACK OR R600 IS NOT MONEY FROM HIM... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! AFTER I LOGGED A COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS THE AUGUST R200 WAS CASHED IN FROM MY ACCOUNT... GET YOUR MANAGER TO CALL ME!!! ***
