MONEY MISSING FROM ACCOUNT AS THE AVAILABLE BALANCE WAS MINUSED BY THE AMOUNT

Can i please get assistance as I am Lost for words, I have tried contacting the bank the secure chat BANKERS and no assistance.

Can someone please explain to me the Following.

ON 26 March 2020 I have swiped my card paying for a Service on my Car i received a SMSz: R7240.64 RESERVED FOR PURCHASE AVAILABLE R60 688 . THIS WAS NOW AFTER I HAD R67 928.64 IN THE ACCOUNT. R67 928.64 - R7240 = R60 688 .

Now my understanding was that the amount is PAID and my balance reduced by this amount. So I continue to buy all my building supplies and boom on 26 April 2020 i received another sms that R7240 is now PAID FROM ACCOUNT FOR PURCHASE R7240 BOOM MY ACCOUNT BALANCE AGAIN - BY R7240. AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME, AS PER FNB THEY CAN JUST SEE 1 TRANSACTION SO WHERE DID THE OTHER R7240 GO.

I HAVE PAID TWICE FOR THE SAME AMOUNT, AS BOTH TIMES MY BALANCE AVAILABLE HAVE DECREASED BY THE SAME AMOUNT R14 480 GONE AND I NEED TO KNOW WHERE IT THE OTHER R7240

AM I GOING INSANE OR IS THE MONEY ****** OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

FNB I NEED MY MONEY BACK AS I AM NOT GETTING ANSWERS FROM YOUR TEAM OF BANKERS.
