Money missing!

I have been trying to recall money from Dec 27 - R3000.

FNB inisits that the money deposited on the Dec 24 to a CAPITEC closed account can not be seen or found. I have asked FNB to recall the payment and got charged R250 only for capitec bank to decline the reversal. I further investigated take found out CAPITEC didn't even look for the funds to be returned instead sent me an automated message informing me that no funds will be returned. FNB has not escalated my query or recall - spoke to Maria on the phone at the benmore branch and she couldnt be bothered.

This particular CAPITEC account is closed- the funds are garunteed. I have spoken to so many call centre agents and they will have a bad attitude and not want to action anything. Instead I have been told to wait 3day, wait 7 day, wait 2 weeks! It's almost a month later and no money has been reversed! Instead they cannot even trace where is the money currently, they suggest it's in some cloud.

R3000 is missing and no body can help me get it back, the account is closed so nobody has used or received those funds. CAPITEC bank will not cooperate or even give FNB a reason as to where is the Money! FNB also has just left this whole case in my hands, they are not bothered about escalating the recall!!
