Money Maximiser, Pay no fee when opening on the app!!!

Not very happy, bank with FNB now for the last about 10Years. I opened a money maximiser and it clearly states open a money maximiser on the app and pay no fee monthly, or be a premier select client. In any event i opened the account on the app, i even habe screen shots, yet R65 monthly fee is being charged to my new money maximiser. Kindly assist with the correction of this. Thank you. Kindly advise if this fee will rebate later or corrected manually.
