money making scheme

i find it very difficult that you would process a debit order that has never debited from my account. i remember some time this year i was short by less than R50.00 & you returned the debit order. now you allow a debit order of R99.00 to goes through when i dont even have money in my cheque account. now you want me to reverse this debit order so you can score some bucks from me reversing the debit order. well you wont score anything so please reverse that debit order i dont want my account in a minus for a debit order i did not authorize. i left that account on zero trying to avoid these kind of situations. while you're busy reversing reverse the R8.50 that you charged me on A's account one of my youth account that you charged me when YOUR system was offline & my purchase was declined. i had enough money in that account to buy what i wanted to buy. please fix this mess unless you want me to move my account to another bank.
