MONEY MAKING DISGRACE

I'm so so disgusted with FNB! I took out a hospital cash plan policy with FNB an was told that one gets paid out when you're admitted to hospital. I was admitted for 8 days. I sent all of the necessary documents (I was admitted for bipolar disorder and Heochromatosis) this was stated clearly. I waited for weeks an received no feedback. I phoned last week and was told that the claim was escelated. Again no feedback. Before that I sent emails no feedback received. Today I phoned once again. I was told someone will get back to me. I received an SMS saying that my claim has been rejected. No reason as to why it's been rejected. I ended up phoning again and now I'm being told that this policy does not cover for mental illnesses. BUT I CLEARLY stated that I was admitted for bipolar disorder AND HEMOCHROMATOSIS - which has nothing to do with mental illness. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. They are so quick to take my payments every month but can't even have common decency to get back to you. And now refusing to pay out a claim that is rightfully supposed to be paid out to me.

Never will I advise anyone to make use of your services. I'll be cancelling all of my things with you and make sure I'll get my family to do the same. It's a money making disgrace.
