Money lost on my account

********* enter my house while I was not there yesterday morning at about 5AM. They stole my bag and my bank card was in that back than they withdraw money. which is RF600 TIMES 3. By that time my cell phone was off because of the battery. Then when I get home I noticed that it things was broken and my bag is also missing. then I charge my phone that where I received messages that my money was withdraw in my bank account at about 5:30 am on Saturday. than the bank says they cant do anything only to block the account. How come someone can withdraw 6 times at the same time and the bank never noticed that they is something wrong. Im just worried about FNB service as we not safe as the customers.
