Money keeps on going out of my account for something I have reported before

This is now the second time that im disputing the same transaction thats been going of my bank account. I never had this problems when I was with Capitec it looks like fnb is known for ***** and they do not take necessary steps to avoid things like this.I even got a new Bank card so how can things still go off my bank account and they can't give me proper answer where this transactions is coming from I can't pay and get a new bank card everymonth. I woke up this morning and saw the same Netcash Transaction of R1461.48 went off my bank account once again I had this disputed as ***** a while back why can't fnb do something about his and block this transactions I really can't deal anymore we are suppose to trust you with our money how can that be if you dont take the steps to prevent future things like this from happening.. I live in JHB how can a card purchase go off in Cape Town..??????? Please look at my history i got a new bank card a month ago if that long... I want answers and I want this money back in my account and this blocked or I will go to the ombudsman for answers.. this is pathetic you can't keep on blocking my bank card and I have to pay for a new one and then its still happening is this link then to my bank account number or what I want this sorted or I will go viral and I know alot of people will agree with me I want my money back and answers like today still
