Money is not safe with FNB anymore

Last night an unauthorized amount came off our debit card, I noticed as I got a email notification. There was no warning on the FNB app to confirm the transaction, also normally all amounts are "pending" then you can stop/flag the spend on the app, not so. Please can someone from FNB call me asap (as usual trying to contact you is next to impossible) to explain what is going on, I don`t feel that my FNB app or online banking is secure anymore.
