Money is missing!!

R3000 missing. I transferred this from my cheque acc to credit card via cellphone banking. Now after visiting the branch where they couldn't help me but put me on the phone to credit card division the money was laying in a non existent petrocard acc. It was supposed to take 2/3 business days to transfer back which is already ridiculous. After 3 business days still no money. Nobody can help I'm being transferred from one department to the next.
