MONEY **** IS CALLED A OLEDGE THESE DAYS
I'M TIRED OF THE ***** THAT HAPPENS IN WHAT WE CALL A BANK, ITS ACTUALLY A ****, THIS IS THE SECON WEEK THEY DECIDE TO LOCK MY MONY WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING ME. WHAT IS A PLEDGE APPARENTLY MY BALANCE OF R2900 THAT WAS LEFT FROM MY SALARY WAS PLACE ON A PLEDGE. NO BODY CAN EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IT MEANS. I CALL ON MY OWN EFFORT TILL THIS DAY THEY DONT HAVE A CURTECY TO EVEN SEND A MESSAGE OR AN EMAIL REGARDING THIS MATTER. THE CONSULTANTS ARE NOT HELPFUL, I DONT BELIEVE THAT SUCH A BIG COMPANY DOESNT HAVE RANKS AND MANGERIAL LEVEL POSITIONS AS A CALL CENTRE.
FNB I JUST WANT MY MONEY TO BE RELEASE, BECAUSE I WORKED HARD FOR IT. THATS MY BLOOD AND SWEAT, THEN I CAN FINALLY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.

I'm really not happy this is ******* and theft, who is protecting us from the bank, I can I take it further because I'm being **********

Tuesday night I had a balance of R3100 Wednesday I wake up on 0.0 balance I log a call with FNB nobody wants to explain why my remaining salary was put on a pledge, I was promised that it will be resolved within 48h and to my surprise then I'm on -R2900 this morning.
What games is FNB playing I'm not going to pay that money which FNB stole from me.
How do I open a case against them.
Please help how I can fight them
