Money in my Private Client Credit account not transferred after downgrade!

This is my 3rd complaint lodged with regards downgrading my PC account in 2 motnhs! Upgrading is smooth but downgrading is a costly nightmare. The Private Client Credit account was finally closed but the available balance that was in it was not transferred to the new Gold Credit account. There was nearly R3000 in the PC credit account and they just closed it and then started firing off the monthly payment for the new Gold Credit Card.

Charges for failed auth fees as well as interest on a negative balance then started accumulating. Consultant **** and said the money would be transferred over a month ago. FNB I want my money transferred and the monthly payment fee of R1100 reversed!
