Money hungry, uncaring and capitalist bank I ever had a displeasure of dealing with

Never again will I have an account with FNB, how can a financial institution be so callous, we are in the middle of a pandemic and have been laid off work since end of March and the UIF covid ters money does not come into the accounts on a regular basis...that being said, FNB still has the gall to charge R110.00 per unpaid debit order, while knowing full well that I am not working due to covid19 (I have on numerous occasions sent them the letter of lay off from my employers, which they blatantly ignored), now I am supposed to (with the little money we get from UIF) pay bank charges of almost R1000.00, this is highway ******* and a true reflection of how uncaring these capitalist financial institutions are...I am so angry and disappointed.
