Money grabbing

After letting FNB know that I app**** for voluntary surrender of estate, and they must stop my debit order towards my personal loan, they still went forth and deducted the money from my account... This happened before and FNB only responded and transferred the money back to me after I layed a complaint on Hello Peter, this is my last resort again and really hope FNB can sort this out ASAP. As I would hate to leave FNB because of this, I am really happy with FNB, please contact me so we can sort this out.<br> <br> Thank you very much!
