Money gone missing Out of my account without me approving on app and investment department takes of FNB has ghost staff nobody calls for sale!

It's been 2 months I'm trying to get hold of the investment department at FNB. I went on chat and everyone gives me the incorrect information. I had to wait 2-3 days for investment department to contact me as they took my details guess what nobody calls. Today I was off I called and was told I had the wrong department. Then I was transferred and eventually the agent hung up on me when I asked for the once off investment of R1000. Apart from that whilst I was on the phone I needed to verify myself but on the 14 June 21 A R425 was deducted when no verification was do E and I did not approve anything and I have escalated this on the app I called and guess what I didn't get any feedback from FNB.

I do worry about my everything I have at FNB because nobody cares! Nobody gets back to you! Money gets taken from my account without me approving it...this is unacceptable. I moved to FNB thinking they were the best! However it's not the case I am waiting 2months for investments and more then 15days for money to be reversed back to my account that I did not give permission for or approve!
