MONEY ****** FROM ACCOUNT

I am coming here for help and to understand how we can just lose money from no where...My brother transferred money from his trading account into his fnb account on thursday 31 August it was supposed to reflect friday 1 September it did not and he needed money urgently so i borrowed money from friends because it was life threatening situation he needed to use this money on the 2nd of September and i managed to borrow money and sent him money R59 000 and he did what he needed to do..the weekend passed we waited 3 more days to thenhis money reflected into his account..he had R66 000 then he made a transfer of about R62 000..he sent me proof of payment and in my account i only received R1..he called the bank to find out what happened and they said his account was blocked and is under investigation for money laundering and ***** he needed to go to the bank and show proff of funds and all will be resolved..he was out of south africa it took him a week to get money to get back into the country then he went to the bank and tried to open his account but the bank FNB told him all of his money R66 000 was ******...they dont know how.they told him when i received R1 someone else took the money and put it into betway and its all gone they will investigate after 48 hours then his account will be active and start investigation...now his account is active and he had -R80...the bank keeps saying they are investigating...we are Zimbabweans and have been using fnb for years we have zep permits, is this how foreigners are treated in south africa? How can the bank block his account and not see the money has already gone elsewhere at that moment ,how can they not block the ***** instead? unless there is someone on the inside who took this money,,this money transfer was made through the FNB app so is the FNB App not safe for us all now?how can we trust such a bank? How can we lose such a large amount of money and no one can tell us how and if we will get our money back and when??..we are broke have nothing and we owe people money we have bills to pay and this money is supposed to help with that..i am a single mother to a 4 year old he needs food, school fees how do i feed and provide for my son now if you just tell us we lost such a large amount of money and you can not account for it? Is this how foreigners are treated in South Africa,, we need this money back.FNB need to pay back our money and figure out exactly where this money went because if they block the transaction the money should still be in the account not to tell us the money was stollen how is that even possible via the app and i receive only r1 how does the rest of the money get diverted to someone else? Give us bank our money.
