Money **********ly taken from my account

On 12 March 2015, money was ****** from my account. I called FNB within 45 minutes after the transactions happpened so they can block the transactions or accounts that the money was transferred to. Today is day 7 and I still have not had anything from FNB in terms of whether they were able to block the transactions or any update whatsoever. I' spoke to a Natasha Pillay on Sat 14th and she promised to give me an update on Mon 16th, today is Thursday 19th, still nothing from her.
