Money floating in thin air no answers

So on the 5th of October i went to purchase a vehicle i made a Immediate payment of R38000 from my capitec account to a fnb easy zero account just to find out the fnb account cant receive more than R14000 a month so when i contacted fnb they said the money will bounce back to the senders account within 72hours so im stuck no car no money ever since the 6th i been up and down to both capitec and fnb banks with no help and answers so on the 19th after investigation fnb allegedly payed my money into a different account number without my consent or knowledge i made a payment to easy zero account *** and fnb transferred my money to *** on the 10th of October now its a month after affidavit they insisted on. AND no 1 can still give me answers of where my money is and why would they just tranfer my money after they said its coming back to my account what can i do now every consultant that i speak to gives me a different story
