money dissapearing without a proper course

I have money deducted from account even after the funds have been reserved from my account. I don't have an over draft how do speed point transactions which show as reserved in the account get deducted twice by the bank. I want my money back pronto, FNB doesn't give anyone money they have have or don't qualify for. My business account was on R2 positive balance and R2000 gets deposited into my account suddenly all my money disappears. This is not the first time this happens. If it's not FNB letting ****** deduct R8 daily from my account and other clients. It's them taking my money as an institution. I want my money back.
