Money dissapearing in the cloud

I transferred eB2500 to my vodacom account 2 days ago, yet no credit in Vodacom. I know of no other way of trying to resolve such an issue, other than this forum. I can already foresee FNB blaming Vodacom and visa versa. Let's hope I'm wrong!
