Money dissapeared

I Pay R700 every month for private banking and fnb had my account on negative R2000 on the end of January 2025 yet they minused the money from my account and reserved it but my account went on negative. So where did the money they reserved go if my account is on negative and than they also put is on negative R8500 at the end of February and i paid that R8500 pluz R2000 and they said they will refund me and they said they will send an escalatiom till this day there is no refund and i cant close this account because it is my main account but for future people who dont have fnb, please dont join this **** bank because they dont refund you and on sunday 22 March 2025 my account went on negative and i didnt even use the account and they said it was a glitch from they and they did not refund me and they kept me hanging on the line for two hours, i want my money
