MONEY DISAPPEARS FROM CREDIT CARD WITHOUT EXPLANTION

I have written several reviews about FNB and its sad that I have never had anything positive to say about them. As a Private Wealth client, I imagined I would get the best services and attention when needed but the only thing quick are the debits and bank charges.

I have had about R5000 disappear inexplicable from my credit card account. My running available balance as of Monday 9th September 2019 was R35, 639. I made a transaction of R319.00 on 10th of September and get notice my available balance is now R30, 250. I have searched through my transaction history and I have no record of any other transactions. I have called the credit Card department of FNB twice and they can’t help me. They also see no other transaction and can’t understand where the money went. I can’t get help from anyone else, not even the FNB Wealth banker (Not available, as always). I don’t understand how money just disappears.

UPDATE 16/09/2019: I have been promised an investigation and resolution to this matter but until now, i still don't have any news back from the relevant departments. I have stopped all use of the credit card facility pending this. I might even have to close this credit card as am not sure how much might disappear in the future.
