Money disappearing in my FNB account

My daughter has an easy zero debit account with FNB. Money keeps disappearing whenever she tries to make a transfer. In December 2022 she tried transferring R2000 to her Grandmother, it never reached destination and disappeared into thin air to this date. Same thing happened January, it just went into a black hole. All these transfers were to Capitec. They cant explain what happened to the money, 1 minute they see that there was a transfer, next minute they can't see anything. No one is willing to help, all they say is they can see the transfer, BUT WHERE IS THE MONEY GONE TO THEN COZ IT NEVER REACHED ANY OF THE CAPITEC ACCOUNTS. I want answers coz that's my money.

This is just an inconvenience. I've never used FNB, not about to start, i don't know what kind of an account my daughter has gotten herself into where money just disappears, I will never recommend anyone to have this kind of account. Horribly a bad experience for sure.
