Money disappearing from my account

on the 5th of October R28 000 disappeared from my account, the money was withdrawn from my account from inside the branch of FNB in Braamfontein, from my knowledge no one can withdraw money inside the bank without an ID and pin no. strict authentication security measures has to be passed. my daily limit is R1000 but they managed to withdraw R28 000 from the account. its mind boggling to know that the daily limit was changed to allow for R28 000 to be withdrawn. no one can do that except the people who work at the bank. clearly FNB employees had something to do with this. else FNB security measures are slack, FNB has become a risk to bank with them (WHICH I DOUBT). as an account holder of an FNB account I know very well the processes one has to go through in order to be able to change a daily limit. let alone that withdrawing a lump some from a teller. so clearly there is a security bridge which calls for a proper investigation to be instituted. I am appealing to the FNB ***** department to conduct an investigation regarding this matter as the livelihood of an orphan has been severely affected by this unsavoury activity. seeking for other avenues
