Money disappearing from account

I have had it with FNB honestly. For the past few months money disappears from my accounts and I don’t even get notifications regarding where the money goes and when I call them, they’ll either give me a run around or my calls gets dropped. All they tell me is that I should block my card cause I subscribed to stuff even though I didn’t. I’m taking this matter to the ombudsman cause clearly they think I’m joking when it comes to my hard earned money
