Money disapearing from my account daily reported it still happening

Money has been disappearing out of my account for over a week on a daily basis. I have reported it with no help or feedback. I repororted to ***** department who are very unintrested. I cancelled my card but charges still coming off on my banking account who can I speak to I have had all my money ****** been into the branch, spent over 5 collective hours on the phone not one bit of help I have over 11 refrences with no one knowing how to assist. Please.help. ref ***3 tandi first one I logged have 10 more still no assistance
