Money de*****ed from account

On the 30th December 2021 I was de*****ed money off my account while my card and my cellphone was always with me, I open a case with FNB ***** department at the branch, the card was blocked and was issued with a new card. I had little hope that I will get my money back because I always hear people using other banks that they never got the money back. But I would like to Thank FNB for tracing and refunding my money. Though it's inconvenient to have such experience, I am thankful!
