Money deducted WITHOUT my consent

The bank deducted money from my account with out anyone having to contact me. When I saw the notification on the 31st December 2015 I immediately called the bank to find out what was going on. They then explained it is for my credit card payment. Granted yes I do owe the credit card, However I have been making payments that I can afford of R250.00 per month. I have made it a stop order that it goes off every time on the 25th. Prior to me making this stop order I had spoken to FNB telephonically the guy I spoke to did not inform me of my account being in legal/ attorney or whatever hence I decided to make the stop order. Now when I call they are telling me they will NOT reverse the money deducted which is R954.26. Mind you the stop order went off again on the 28 (Monday) for R250.00 and Friday the decided to deduct the R954.26.<br> I do take responsibility for the money owed however they must not tell me I never contacted them because I did and one of their staff failed to do their job. For this type of thing I think I will just close my account and make a stop order still to pay them however I am no longer willing to bank with them. No one ever contacted me in regards to this account.
