MONEY DEDUCTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

I received a package for my friend yesterday from FNB. When my friend went on his bank account last night to make a urgent payment, only to note that FNB deducted R409 for a top up sim card. My friend never requested this and request for the money to be paid back today.
