MONEY DEDUCTED OFF ACCT BUT NOT AIRTIME

Purchased airtime via cellphone banking. the amount was deducted but no airtime called mtn and was told no airtime was bought by my number. hours later, received a sms stating fnb is having technical problems. checked my bank statement and the airtime is registered as if it was bought to 16/09/2017 but was purchased on 15/09/2017 around 3pm. i sent an email with the bank statement and i highlighted the error of the dates in RED to ********** but haven't received a response till now... please reverse my money back into my acct!!!!!!
