money deducted by ATM due to lack of ATM servicing
My moms money was deducted from an unserviced ATM in a FNB in king williams town.The money was for my fees and now we still waiting for them to refund the money,FNB guys havent got back to us.This realy hurts because we now surfering,the guys are not even notifying us on whats going on with the process.This pains us because we trust them with our money and this is what happens.
