MONEY DEBITED FROM ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT

I checked my account statement today and found that on the 23rd AND 24th of April I had two amounts deducted from my account by a company called Verdiva. I have never heard of this company before and I do not randomly give out my banking details. When I called them they told me that they would call me back once they had investigated the matter (Which I'm pretty sure they wont). Now what angers me even more is the fact that this isn't the first time this sort of thing has happened to me with FNB and judging by the other complaints on this site, this is a trend with FNB. I really cant keep going through this, clearly my money is not safe with FNB. I am honestly considering closing my accounts and trying my luck with another bank because this is just too much now.
