Money coming off my account

I don't know where to begin. I am shocked!! I opened a new bank account yesterday with FNB. I woke up this morning to my balance in my account at -R27.94 due to Declined Foreign T coming off my account last night up to 7 times. I closed my account 4 year ago due to the same reason as FNB was to **** to sort this matter out and couldn't tell me what this was. Now I am going through it again and my account isn't even a day old yet. FNB sort out you **** this is unacceptable. We work hard for our money for it just to get taken away. FIX YOUR ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need an answer or I will be taking this matter further. I believe I am not the only one with this problem.......
