money came out and went back in

on the 30th of September i did a cardless cash withdrawal at an atm at an engen garage in Albermarle of R1000, the money came out but went back into the machine. i have called around several times and no one can assist but tell me to fill in a form which i did same day - still waiting for a response. I am in need for my money and am still waiting, can someone please assist me. there was no slip as there was a problem with the printer but you have cameras and can investigate. please help
